Day 3 (3 July 2026): Plantation Drive Continues
The plantation drive continued with great enthusiasm on Day 3 of Van Mahotsav 2026. Volunteers, environmentalists, students, local residents, and community members came together to plant native tree species, reinforcing the shared commitment to conserving the Mattewara Jungles, enhancing biodiversity, and restoring the floodplains of the River Satluj. Every sapling planted is a step towards a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future for Punjab.
