A Humble Appeal
We earnestly appeal to every citizen of Ludhiana and Punjab to participate wholeheartedly in this noble mission. Whether you plant one tree, volunteer your time, encourage a child, support a farmer, or simply spread awareness, every contribution strengthens our collective effort towards environmental conservation.
The success of this mission depends not on a few individuals but on the united participation of society. Together, we can restore ecological balance, protect our forests and rivers, enhance biodiversity, improve air quality, recharge groundwater, and create a healthier and greener Punjab.
Let this Vanmahotsav become a people’s movement, inspiring every village, every school, every institution, every industry, and every household to become a partner in sustainable development.
“The greatest legacy we can leave for future generations is not merely wealth or infrastructure, but a land rich in forests, clean rivers, fertile soil, fresh air, and thriving biodiversity. Every tree we plant today is a living promise of hope, resilience, and sustainable green growth for Ludhiana, Punjab, and our nation.”
Let us unite with one vision, one purpose, and one commitment—
“Plant Native Trees • Protect Forests • Conserve Water • Restore Biodiversity • Build a Smart, Sustainable and Green Ludhiana for Generations to Come.”
Your gracious presence and active participation will inspire many others to join this noble cause.
With utmost respect and humility,
Sincerely yours,
Col CM Lakhanpal
